Accounts Payable Expert - Global (UK and SA) and Group Experience

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is systems-savvy, and embraces AI and automation to drive efficiency. Key responsibilities: Lead and support AP processes internally and for clients. Manage group AP processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions. Invoice capture and digitization. Invoice validation and exception handling. Approval workflow. Posting and reconciliation. Payment execution. Reporting and analytics. Collaborate on system improvements and automation initiatives. Manage high volumes of data across multiple integrated systems. Manage multi-currency invoices and ensure correct coding and VAT treatment. Requirements: Proven experience in international AP operations and group-level consolidation. Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and AP automation tools. A proactive, independent work style with excellent problem-solving skills. Openness to digital transformation, including AI-driven process improvements.
