We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent personal presentation to join our team. You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the team, as well as driving revenue and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial statements and experience in managing a spa's operating budget. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work confidently as both a leader and a team player. You must have at least 5 years' spa management experience. Computer literacy is essential, with proficiency in Microsoft 365. Candidates must also have their own vehicle.
