Join MSquare Lifestyle Design as a Junior Interior Designer and take the first step toward a rewarding career in high-end luxury residential design. This structured, learning-focused role is designed to build your technical skills, design awareness, and professional expertise, preparing you for progression into the Interior Designer position.
In this role, you will:
- Support senior designers in design development, 3D modeling, FF&E layouts, material selection, and presentations.
- Produce technical construction documentation, learning how design decisions translate into real-world execution.
- Gain exposure to site administration, including measurements, progress documentation, and coordination with contractors and suppliers.
- Observe and learn client interaction and professional communication, preparing you to confidently contribute to client-facing work in the future.
- Participate in studio workflow and team collaboration, applying feedback and refining your craft through mentorship and structured guidance.

You are curious, creative, and never afraid to ask questions. You love diving into details, whether it is perfecting a drawing, selecting finishes, or keeping your sample room in tip-top shape. You thrive when learning from others and take feedback like a champ.
