About the Role
Join M Square Lifestyle Design as a Mid-Weight Interior Designer and step into a role where creative thinking, technical proficiency, and growing independence come together. You will take ownership of key portions of high-end residential projects, balancing design development, documentation, coordination, and site involvement, while continuing to refine your expertise within a collaborative, design-driven environment.
In this role, you will:
- Shape and refine detailed layouts, FF&E plans, and material palettes, helping bring each project's design intent to life with precision and creativity.
- Produce polished, well-considered construction documentation that supports smooth handover to site and ensures the design is executed as envisioned.
- Develop 3D models, renders, and presentation material that communicate ideas clearly and elevate the client experience.
- Take the lead on smaller projects or defined areas within larger ones, managing details, coordinating deliverables, and upholding quality at every stage.
- Collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors ensuring the smooth integration of services, technical requirements, and design elements.
- Gain meaningful site exposure by observing progress, capturing key updates, tracking actions, and spotting potential issues before they arise.
- Support project flow through organised documentation, updated drawing sets, and clear communication that keeps the team aligned and moving forward.
