OMV, part of the Raubex Group, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Workshop Manager to lead and oversee workshop operations, ensuring the effective maintenance, repair, and servicing of our fleet, earthmoving equipment, and machinery. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing equipment reliability, availability, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Trade Test Certificate (Diesel Mechanic, Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic, or related trade). Relevant supervisory or management qualification will be advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience in a workshop maintenance environment. Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisory or management role. Experience managing heavy-duty vehicles, mining equipment and earthmoving machinery. Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, fleet management, and occupational health and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily workshop and fleet maintenance operations. Drive equipment availability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Oversee preventative maintenance programmes and maintenance planning. Manage Planned Component Replacements (PCRs) and major repairs. Lead, supervise, and develop workshop personnel.
