Purpose of the position:
Enter a dynamic learning environment where you will develop the skills to safely and effectively operate production machinery.
Under the guidance of experienced Operators and Supervisors, you will gain hands-on experience with equipment operation, quality monitoring, production documentation, and health and safety procedures, gradually building the confidence and competency to contribute to smooth, efficient production.
Take part in machine preparation, start-up, operation, and shutdown, while assisting with material handling, product quality checks, and downstream processes.
