Department: Roll Factory
Purpose of the position:
Become a key part of our Roll Factory team, driving production efficiency, quality, safety, and continuous improvement across all converting operations. You will optimise machine performance, reduce downtime and scrap, support product changeovers, and ensure production standards are consistently achieved.
Working closely with Team Leads and maintenance teams, you will provide hands-on troubleshooting, develop training initiatives, and help create a safe, productive, and high-performing factory environment. Apply to showcase your technical expertise and make a real impact on operational success.
