Zinia is seeking a Data Analyst to support a client environment through data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence activities. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract (12 months) and a client-dedicated role based on-site at the client's Johannesburg offices. The role is ideally suited to a developing analyst with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys working with data, solving business problems, and presenting information clearly and practically.

Key Responsibilities: Collect, validate, clean, and maintain data from multiple systems and sources. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting environments. Analyse operational and business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and related tools. Work closely with client stakeholders to understand reporting requirements. Write and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Create clear, user-friendly dashboards and visual reports. Handle business and client information responsibly and confidentially.

Essential Requirements: 1-3 years' experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role. Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions. Experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools. Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
