Cybersecurity is critical to maintaining secure, resilient, and reliable business operations. As a Network Security Engineer, you'll help protect one of our enterprise clients' network infrastructure by implementing, maintaining, and optimising advanced security solutions across a complex enterprise environment. The Network Security Engineer is responsible for implementing, supporting, and maintaining enterprise network security infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities: Configure, administer, and maintain enterprise firewall environments, including security policies, application controls, VPN connectivity, network segmentation, and secure access solutions. Monitor security events, investigate potential threats, support incident response, and implement security improvements. Support the day-to-day operation of enterprise network security infrastructure by performing firmware upgrades, security patching, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and change implementation. Maintain accurate technical documentation, network diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures. Work closely with infrastructure teams, technical specialists, and client stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Minimum of five years' experience within enterprise network security environments. Practical experience supporting Huawei firewall technologies. Experience administering enterprise firewall platforms within complex networking environments.

Note: This is a six-month fixed-term contract supporting a dedicated enterprise client engagement.
