The Service Delivery Coordinator is at the centre of how we deliver a great client experience. This role keeps projects moving, services running smoothly, and communication flowing between clients, suppliers, technical teams, and internal departments. The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for coordinating operational, project, procurement, and client service activities across the business.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate administrative and operational activities throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are planned, tracked, and completed efficiently. Act as a central point of contact between clients, suppliers, and technical teams. Manage tickets and operational activities within the service management platform. Support procurement activities by obtaining supplier quotations, preparing customer quotations, raising purchase orders, and coordinating deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock requirements for projects and installations. Maintain accurate documentation across projects, procurement, and operational activities.
Minimum Requirements: Matric (National Senior Certificate) or equivalent. Relevant Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field. 3-5 years' experience in an administrative, operational support, project coordination, or service delivery role. Experience within an IT, Managed Services (MSP), ISP, Telecommunications, or Technology Services environment.
Preferred: Experience working in a client service or technical support coordination role.
