BuildersinGauteng

BuildersinGauteng is a quoting and referral service that puts property owners in touch with independent building contractors in their area, covering Johannesburg, Pretoria, Midrand, Randburg and Sandton. The site states plainly that it does not employ the contractors it refers, is not involved in pricing and does not guarantee the services or products supplied: once referred, the customer deals directly with the contractor. Work covered includes new house building, office buildings, renovations, remodelling and extensions. Alongside the referral service the site publishes an extensive library of South African building cost guides and calculators covering new construction, renovations, extensions, contractor rates, materials and home improvements, so an owner can form an expectation of cost before requesting quotes.
