Pargo

Pargo is a click and collect and drop off returns network in South Africa, operating more than four thousand Pargo Points nationwide so a parcel can be collected or returned at a convenient point rather than delivered to a door. Online retailers integrate it through Shopify or WooCommerce plugins, which install in minutes, or through the Pargo API, and rates are flat across the country with costs reduced by consolidating deliveries to each point. The company also offers home delivery. A support team of more than forty agents handles queries seven days a week and keeps customers updated from collection through to arrival. Retailers gain from the pattern that shoppers collecting or returning in store frequently buy more while they are there.
