Payspace

PaySpace is a cloud payroll and human resources platform headquartered in South Africa and backed by Deel, serving more than twenty thousand customers across over forty five countries. Forty nine countries are configured with their own statutory rules, reporting formats and submission workflows, so a business expanding into a new market keeps the same provider and platform rather than adding a local one. Statutory deductions are calculated and filed in local currency without manual foreign exchange work, covering obligations such as income tax withholding, national social security, apprenticeship and training levies, thirteenth salary and vacation pay where these apply. The platform can be run in house or handed to the PaySpace team as a managed payroll service, and pay run frequency is chosen by the business with no annual licence fee. It also covers employee self service, leave and time.
