It manages the whole sequence of a clearance application: arranging SAPS 91(a) fingerprints at a station nearby or, for South Africans already abroad, where they are with a courier plan back, submitting the application to the Criminal Record Centre in Pretoria, checking it first for the errors that commonly cause rejections, tracking it until issue, and couriering the certificate to the client, apostilled or attested first where the destination requires it.
