Staalmeester

Staalmeester supplies agricultural equipment from Hartbeesfontein in the North West and is one of the oldest agricultural machinery manufacturers in Southern Africa. It was established in 1951 by PML Coetzee to supply farmers in central South Africa, and is now a third generation family business, run since 2012 by his grandson Martin Coetzee. Importing began in 2000 to widen the range, and a partnership with Senwes followed in 2018. The catalogue covers 108 products aimed at small and medium farmers, including hammer mills, forage harvesters, balers, mowers, rakes, threshers, sprayers, spreaders, feed mixers, wood chippers and ground working machinery. The company reports importing from eleven countries and exporting to eighteen African countries, supported by 35 South African dealerships with certified workshops.
