Atlas Security

Atlas Security has protected homes and businesses in Nelson Mandela Bay since 1985 and states that it serves more than thirty thousand families and businesses. It runs a 24 hour SAIDSA compliant control room, a fleet of more than fifty armed response vehicles, and a CCTV network of over one hundred poles across the metro, all synced to its own control centre. Armed response officers are PSIRA registered, firearm trained and Level 3 medically certified for emergency response. Services cover home and business security, armed response, CCTV, AtlasVision monitoring, AtlasTrak vehicle tracking and AtlasSure insurance integration, with packages combining surveillance and response. An automated assistant named AIVA handles non-emergency calls during high activation periods so the control room can concentrate on critical signals. The company works with local law enforcement, emergency first responders, neighbourhood watch groups and the crime prevention forum.
