Cape Town Strength & Conditioning

Cape Town Strength and Conditioning is a strength training gym and coaching practice in Cape Town, founded by registered physiotherapist Justin Muller and built to close the gap between sports physiotherapy and strength coaching. Coaching is one to one and movement is taught before load is added, so members train without the injury risk that comes with unsupervised progression. Offerings include general strength and conditioning classes, a women's training group, gait analysis and run strengthening sessions for runners, and online coaching for people who cannot attend in person, with a personal coach providing a nutrition and training plan built around the individual. A discovery pack of four sessions lets newcomers try the format, and the gym runs its own app for bookings, packages, events and contact with the wider training community.
